I just enrolled in AZ Comfort Heating & Cooling's annual Diamond service. I corresponded with one of the owners, Robin, on Friday to schedule a maintenance service. Robin got me on the schedule immediately. Tim, the technician, came out first thing this morning, spending about an hour going over the entire system. Tim communicated to me what the service entailed and afterwards was thorough in explaining what he checked and found.
Tim is such an asset to the company and Robin's followup was much appreciated.

Came home from vacation to no A/C. On the recommendation of a neighbor, we called AZ Perfect Comfort and scheduled an online appointment for Monday. They got back to me right away and said they had a tech available today (Sunday). Garrett Yeager showed up about 2 hours later, diagnosed and repaired the problem and was done in 2.5 hours. He took pictures of each step and explained the problems and remedies and gave other options. Kudos to Garrett and AZ Perfect Comfort for giving new meaning to the concept of Customer Service.
A huge shout out to AZ Perfect Comfort for being the 1st to reach out, consistent communication all week answering my nagging questions, knowledgeable with the best unit available for my needs, a Bosch 3.5-5 ton 18 Seer unit, with the best price of the 4 estimates, and offering the BEST financing around, showing up EARLY this morning (6:50am), and Gone by 8:54. Thanks to John McCombs (SNP Networking) and his partners, Fred Russo, Operations Mgr. (who was onsite with the crew this morning), and Kyle Barber, installer.

Honest group and good customer service. Tim was my tech and walked me through the issues and answered my questions. Robin was very helpful getting a tech out to me in a timely manner.

Exceptional service from AZ Perfect Comfort Heating & Cooling! Ben and Robin were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Ben arrived promptly and diagnosed the unit needed for my home. I especially appreciated Robin's extra effort explaining the needed unit and how it would help with energy cost and tax credit. I highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort for anyone looking for the HVAC needs. 5 stars and well deserved.
