Recently, I assisted my mom with the research and purchase of an AC system. We originally requested information from 4 companies to repair her old system. It was determined this would not be prudent. We gave the same four companies equal opportunity for the install of a new system, we decided to partner with Arizona Perfect Comfort (APC). Now that the new system has been installed, we are very pleased to have given APC this business.
We provided 4 criteria for a new system (must be economical, quiet, reliable and easy to use). APC was the only company that drafted a spreadsheet of the different units they represent and the benefits of each. I reviewed and forwarded the different bids to a family friend in the HVAC industry (in another state) for review. They recommended we go with APC and one of their systems with an additional filter upgrade. My sister reviewed APC and their reviews, she concurred.
Once the decision was made, of course, we wanted the system installed ASAP. APC arranged for the install within 3 days. The technicians were early, quiet, clean and efficient (they completed the install ahead of the 4-6 hour window provided).
The system is quiet, easy to use and operating as expected. We couldn't be happier with the work APC did for us and can easily recommend other Phoenicians give them an opportunity to earn their business. I am not aware of many companies operating this fair and efficiently. EVERY person we dealt with was EXCEPTIONALLY professional.
