Our experience has been very positive with Comfort Air. This time, Mike did a great job on the service of our AC. He cleaned out the drain line that had some standing water. He ensured we would be good for the monsoon season. Great friendly, professional group of people.

Today our technician Mike came out to do the annual maintenance on our new AC unit! The process was smooth as silk and he was very thorough with all the necessary information regarding the air conditioner. Highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort. They are on time and do a great job maintaining my HVAC system. I have been with them for over 4 years now. We bought our home in 2023. In Nov of 2024 our A/C system stopped working. I know AZ Perfect Comfort thru the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce. Garrett came to our home on a same-day request to inspct the system that came with our house. He spent a lot of time figuring things out and a lot more time breaking the bad news to us that we'd been essentially screwed during our home purchase on the A/C system. Turns out the system was very very old, totally outdated and had broken down. I talked to a few friends that work in construction and they all said the same thing - you're gonna have to completely replace the system. So Andrew came out to do our estimate, and again spent a lot of time helping us understand all of our options. I also did my homework online and everything AZ Perfect Comfort had told me was validated. In Dec 2024 Jesse and Kyle came out to do the full system replacement. They got the whole massive job done in about 6 hours and did it right! They never had to come back to fix anything and we had great heat thru the winter and excellent cooling as spring and started turning into summer. Today they sent out Mike to do our first inspection. He was great too. The inspections are fully covered by our long-term warranty, so we paid nothing extra.
All things considered I cannot recommend AZ PERFECT Comfort highly enough! They are team made up of great people who do great work.
Great company. I've been a customer for over 6 years. Mike did an excellent job today, performing the bi-annual maintenance for my AC. He pointed out some possible issues that may occur in the long run, and gave me various options to choose from. I am very pleased with the results. Thank you.
