Managing Partner, CEO
Robin graduated from the University of Iowa with a bachelors degree in nursing. She spent over 5 years on active duty in the US army. She is a Master Heat Pump Technician. Robin manages the general operations of the company. Robin and John have four children. She enjoys cooking and baking, hiking and spending time with family.
John McCombs
Managing Partner, CFO
John graduated from West Point and spent 9 years on active duty and 11 years in the National Guard, retiring in 2007. He obtained his Masters degree in Business Administration in Supply Chain management from the University of Minnesota. John and Robin have four children. John enjoys being active in networking groups and Chambers of Commerce. He has a staff of 9 at the Tramonto office and enjoys eating Robin's cooking, hiking and spending time with family and managing the Tramonto staff.
Ben McCombs
Field Manager - Fleet Management - Warehouse Management
Ben has been working on and off in the HVAC industry since 2015. Ben graduated from The Lennox HVAC Technician Training program in 2016 and obtained his NATE and EPA certifications at that time. He spent 6 years on active duty in the Navy as an electronics technician. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and his three dogs. He is getting married in March 2024.
Andrew McCombs
General Manager
Andrew graduated from ASU in 2022 with bachelors degrees in Finance and Political Science. Andrew wears many hats at AZ Perfect Comfort, leading in the office and in the field.
Fred Russo
Operations Manager
Fred has been working in the HVAC industry for over 30 years and has a strong history in residential and light commercial retro fit installation and service. He enjoys working with technicians, passing along his knowledge of the HVAC industry and customer service. He oversees the day to day operations of the technicians and does in house and in the field training with technicians as well as fill in when needed to to help get heating or cooling for our customers in a timely manner. Fred is is a Master Heat Pump Technician, NATE certified and has attended many classes in numerous HVAC technical areas over the years.
Alaina M.
Customer Service Representative/ Dispatcher
Alaina has been working in the customer service industry on and off for over 8 years and is loving her role as Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher! She served on active duty in the Navy as an Electronics Technician where she met her fiancé. She loves spending time with her family and going on hikes with her three dogs. She is getting married in March 2024.

Comfort Specialist
Ernie has been in the HVAC industry for almost 3 years and enjoys solving comfort issues with customers. In his spare time he enjoys working on cars and motor cycles, renovating his home, spending time with family and friends and his multitude of pets.
Tramonto Staff
Remote Office Administrators
The Tramonto Staff is in charge of various administrative duties at the Tramonto Office. In order of seniority: Poppy is the Senior staff leader; however, our Lead maintenance specialist, Baxter, is senior in time and service. Louie is our Chief in Security officer. Mikey is a very vocal and out of the box thinker within the company known for his creative flare. Wednesday is active in her oversight and judgment of the staff at the Tramonto office. Ziggy has a youthful exuberance and is constantly pushing boundaries and attacking projects from unique angles. Our three newcomers include: Mocha who frequently jumps between office and remote work; and Stormi and Monroe have been instrumental in providing additional emotional support for all AZ Perfect Comfort employees. Overall, a group of adorable individuals who collectively cause chaos. They enjoy treat time at precisely 8:00 am and 3:00 pm due to their long and strenuous work hours. Outside of work hours, and even sometimes during work hours, they can often be found sunbathing pool side.
Kyle Barber

Kyle is originally from Alaska but has been in the Valley for 19 years. He is married with one daughter. They love to travel, swim and play with their 2 dogs. He enjoys hockey and football. Kyle loves working in the HVAC industry because he gets to meet all kinds of people and make their day!

Kyle Dunnett is originally from Billings, MT. and has lived in Arizona for 8 years. His favorite sports team is the Winnipeg Jets! Kyle started a career in HVAC because he enjoys helping others and seeing the impact of his work.

After years as a professional rafting guide, he discovered a passion for working with his hands and solving technical challenges. Today, Mike is one of our top technicians, known for his strong technical abilities and consistently high customer satisfaction.
