Fantastic service. Kyle was great. He was patient with me because I work from home and it just seemed like every time he was ready to talk about a broken AC unit, I was in the middle of something. But most importantly. he was very transparent and honest. I felt like he was showing me different options for things that were broken and not being pushy and I appreciated the experience. we've actually used the company for many years, including installing mini splits in different rooms and things and we're gonna continue to continue to use them moving forward
I'm so impressed. Called in the morning & service was done the same day. Mike was great! Informed me step by step what was going on, the cost & how long it would take. So professional. Will definitely call on them again if need be in the future. I will highly recommend them to family and friends.
Kyle was great. Older unit but he's taking care of it. Pipe where water (evaporation) drains was blocked so he cleared that out and saved me some damage. Good company - a lot of scammer contractors are out there. Stick with the good guys and these are good guys.
Garrett checked our A/C for the upcoming summer. Explained everything he did in detail. Very professional and knowledgeable. Our first time using AZ Perfect Comfort and we will have them replace our old unit this winter and continue with them.
It is rare to find a company these days that holds true to their values, but AZ Perfect Comfort does exactly that. I chose them because they were honest and professional from the very start. Every person I spoke with the office staff, the supervisors, and the techs was exceptional. You can tell the employees are treated well because it shows in the quality of their service.
