...May, 2026 "New Review" We've had AZ Perfect Comfort servicing our AC/Electric Furnace system for approximately 3+ years. Over the 14 years we've had this system, we feel they are the only company that serviced our units properly. During our spring service, they found our AC Compressor's 1st stage system was no longer working. We made the decision to replace both units and upgrade to a more efficient American Standard system. It was an excellent installation performed by Will and Kyle. Then Andrew installed the new heat strips for the electric furnace unit, and we were given the opportunity to ask many questions about how the new units would work more efficiently. Needless to say, the new AC works amazing with no issues. The employees at AZ Perfect Comfort are outstanding and always make certain the work performed is completed to our satisfaction.
"Old review from 2 years ago" -- We have had very good service from several of the A/C Technicians with this company. They are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The servicing of our A/C unit and Furnace has always been done without any issues. They do not pressure you to purchase something unnecessary - they simply advise and leave it up to the customer as to what they choose to have done.
Excellent Communications and service this company provides extremely competitive pricing and follow through with what they commit to. The new HVAC system that they Installed his performing exceptionally well.
Mike did a thorough job tracing an electrical communication issue between the indoor and outdoor unit that had caused the outdoor unit to stop operating. AZ Perfect Comfort is conscientious and straight forward in pricing and follow up.
I called on a Friday afternoon and they came within the hour and gave me an assessment and had everything fixed by 8:00 a.m. Tuesday morning. They're all professional wonderful people that are honest and straightforward. Happy to recommend to anyone!

I had a great experience with technician Mike! I was sent a text when he was on his way. He explained things well and did due diligence in finding out the problem. He showed me pictures and explained what was happening with our AC. I would definitely use this company again.
