Highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort. They are on time and do a great job maintaining my HVAC system. I have been with them for over 4 years now. They also send out the same technician who knows my system, Kyle does a great job and has awesome customer service. He is also an Army Veteran. Well Done AZ Perfect Comfort!
We bought our home in 2023. In Nov of 2024 our A/C system stopped working. I know AZ Perfect Comfort thru the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce. Garrett came to our home on a same-day request to inspct the system that came with our house. He spent a lot of time figuring things out and a lot more time breaking the bad news to us that we'd been essentially screwed during our home purchase on the A/C system. Turns out the system was very very old, totally outdated and had broken down. I talked to a few friends that work in construction and they all said the same thing - you're gonna have to completely replace the system. So Andrew came out to do our estimate, and again spent a lot of time helping us understand all of our options. I also did my homework online and everything AZ Perfect Comfort had told me was validated. In Dec 2024 Jesse and Kyle came out to do the full system replacement. They got the whole massive job done in about 6 hours and did it right! They never had to come back to fix anything and we had great heat thru the winter and excellent cooling as spring and started turning into summer. Today they sent out Mike to do our first inspection. He was great too. The inspections are fully covered by our long-term warranty, so we paid nothing extra.
All things considered I cannot recommend AZ PERFECT Comfort highly enough! They are team made up of great people who do great work.
Great company. I've been a customer for over 6 years. Mike did an excellent job today, performing the bi-annual maintenance for my AC. He pointed out some possible issues that may occur in the long run, and gave me various options to choose from. I am very pleased with the results. Thank you.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Have a service contract with AZ Perfect Comfort since 2020. Every six months they contact me to schedule a HVAC system check. Mike C. was the most recent tech to check my HVAC unit. He arrived at the agreed upon time, walked me through the status of my unit (the before/after pictures they take are very helpful to understand the status of the unit on the roof). During latest check, Mike C. explained to me why the unit's capacitor was bad, and was able to quickly replace it. Recommend them highly for HVAC work.

We had Mike from AZ Perfect Comfort Heating & Cooling come by my parents house today. He was very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. He fixed the problem from a previous bad installation, changed what needed to be changed, and got their AC up and running very quick. He also did a maintenance check and they were very happy with the results. Thank you Mike.
