AZ Perfect is great. The owner John sets the tone, and the company culture is seen in every employee. Mike was just at my house doing the bi-annual inspection, and the professionalism and care he showed is part of the reason I stay with and recommend AZ Perfect Comfort!

When another company in the valley failed to take care of business during an incident that was caused by material failure the guys at AZ Perfect Comfort stepped in and got things taken care of right away. Kyle Dunnett came over early (which was wonderful cause I didn't have to wait all day). He was super friendly and funny and gave me lots of information that was helpful. Honestly some of the best service I've ever had from the company!
Came out within a reasonable time frame to inspect my swamp cooler in the shop. Was told by another company it was in need of immediate replacement, as the water that was leaking out was why my water bill was so high. Turns out the float was stuck downwards constantly filling the basin. They are honest, punctual, and reasonably priced!
