I live in North Central Phoenix and had my HVAC system serviced by AZ Perfect Comfort. Their technicians are courteous and knowledgeable. I have met the owners through The Phoenix Metro Chamber of Commerce and they are passionate about their business and keeping their clients happy and "cool".
We had an amazing experience working with AZ Perfect Comfort to repair our air handling unit!
Our air handling unit went down on a Thursday night in the middle of a heat wave. I called AZ Perfect Comfort at 7am on Friday and they we able to get a repair person onsite by 8:30am.
Matt was extremely professional, fast, and knowledgeable. I have some experience with motor repairs and he talked me through the issue and his recommended repair with no b.s. He had out unit back up and running by 9:30am.
I highly recommend this company; they are fast, professional, and prices are good!
Had an absolute great experience with AZ Perfect Comfort. I was nervous because we were in a bind and needed someone quickly, but they were a pleasure to work with from the beginning. So much so, that we decided to sign up for their program to come twice a year. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone who needs AC help!
I've been using AZ Perfect Comfort for a couple years to maintain my AC and heating units. They have always been fair and easy to work with. I just recently had the capacitor go out in one of my AC units and they answered my call and had it repaired in about an hours time! Top notch customer service!

Very professional, efficient, and friendly! They explained what was going on with my unit and gave me options on what could be done in order to maintain the life of the system! I definitely felt more than I was just another client or a number.
Fred and Raymond were at our house this morning to install our new AC unit. It was installed in a very timely manner. When speaking with either Robin or Stacy on the phone it is always a great experience. It is very evident that they really care about their clients.
