The entire crew is awesome from owner Robin to Fred the Ops Manager as well as Stacy in the office. Also, installers were extremely friendly and worked their butts off to ensure we got our A/C done quickly. I wont work with another HVAC company in the future as Perfect Comfort stands by their name.
AZ Perfect Comfort rescued me when my previous HVAC provider went MIA. In addition, my previous provider was insisting that various parts on my system needed updated. AZ Perfect Comfort acted with honesty and great ethics and told me I had a terrific system and that was everything was fine. I can't speak highly enough of the company and my appreciation how they treat customers.
AZ Perfect Comfort is excellent! Great information when we bought our air conditioners and we are saving money every month on our bill! Every person we have met at AZ Perfect have been excellent!

Words are not enough to express how thankful I am that I found AZ Perfect Comfort. Since I moved to AZ 6 years ago, one of my biggest complains is the lack of great customer service. I spoke with a rep at AZ Perfect, she answered the phone at the second ring, she had great attitude, and she was able to scheduled me for service right away. The day of the estimate and installation of A/C unit for my garage. Fred and his team were right on time. Even my wife called me to express her satisfaction. I would highly recommend them, they are the best in Arizona!!!
First let me start with the customer service...top notch the entire time! From setting the appointment to confirming the appointment to the arrival of the technician, their process is extremely professional. I was in the process of selling my condo and the buyers realtor wanted me to add a $750 allowance for an issue the inspector flagged. I called AZ Perfect Comfort and the repair was an easy fix that saved me over $600. Honesty and integrity are the name of the game with this company.
These guys are awesome, very honest and good prices for the parts and labor. They were very helpful with me today replacing a blower motor that was under warranty. Matt did a great job replacing the bad motor first thing in the morning. I appreciate their good attitude, helpfulness and backing up the products they use. I live in North Central Phoenix and had my HVAC system serviced by AZ Perfect Comfort. Their technicians are courteous and knowledgeable. I have met the owners through The Phoenix Metro Chamber of Commerce and they are passionate about their business and keeping their clients happy and "cool".
