If you are looking for a company for HVAC needs, or like me, looking to make a switch from who you have used in the past, AZ Perfect Comfort is where to stop looking. It was my Handyman who told me this is the only AC company he would ever use so that was enough for me to check them out.
AZ Perfect Comfort is a Family-owned business and when I checked them out, I found exceptional customer service. From the telephone contacts with the Office Staff to the Professionals who came out to assess my needs and to do the work, they were friendly and attentive.
I contacted AZ Perfect Comfort to purchase and replace a current installed mini-split. Long story short, when the Professional Installers were about to start the process of removing and replacing, they noticed a possibility of why the current split wasn't working. After discussing and getting my approval to try the "fix" before making the new purchase, BAM, it worked! And is still working! I am so grateful for the service I received from AZ Perfect Comfort! They are definitely my new HVAC go-to Company and my recommendation to friends and family. Thank you again AZ Perfect Comfort!

I called for a service appointment and was able to get in right away! This was my 2nd time using this service and I was able to get my same technician/Tim. Tim is very thorough when serving my AC. He takes pictures and explains all the parts that he inspects and services. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for their honesty, integrity, and skill.
prompt, professional, did not suggest unnecessary work. we have a difficult AC balancing issue and the technician who came out really seemed to know what he was talking about. Very knowledgeable. After trying to get another company to fix my AC when it wasn't working, AZ Perfect Comfort was able to come out the next day. They gave me the schedule and time frame and stated that I was the second customer for their technician. Tim came out and was upfront about the pricing and after performing the inspection of the system was able to detail everything that needed to be done along with the costs of the required services. They completed this work in a timely manner and were able to help find ways to reduce costs in the end to save even more than was anticipated.
The paperwork included pictures of all of the work that was performed and was very detailed. I also had another company before this one give me an estimate of the work to be performed and AZ Perfect Comfort came in just under what that other company would have cost me.
