Temperature Pro helped me out when I was in need of some load calculations for an HVAC unit that was installed by another company. These calculations were required by the city to pass inspection yet my installer didn't have the program to give me this information. I contacted Temperature Pro and they came out the next day, did the calculations and had them to me in less than 24 hours so I could have them for our inspection. Their customer service and professionalism is top notch. I will be using them for all my future HVAC needs.
Great experience with TemperaturePro. They arranged a time to come by that worked with our schedule, and confirmed the arrival time earlier in the day. Showed up on time, took pictures of the issue and explained what had happened, fixed the issue so it wouldn't happen again, and made an effort to leave the area very clean, as well. Very professional.
They came and fixed my furnace for $250 after another contractor recommended a $5000 replacement. They vacuumed up after they fixed the furnace in the attic and dust came down when they were going in and out of the attic. Most important though, they are a contractor I can trust.
These guys are the BEST! They really responded fast and now I'm cool and that is what I love about them.
