We have used this A/C Contractor for 1 year. If we had any questions about an issue, the company always answered any concerns we had. They do not pressure you to purchase anything unnecessary, but simply advise what needs to be done and then they leave it up to us make our own decisions. In one case, the owner was involved in assisting us with getting information about our A/C unit warranty with the manufacturer even though the unit was installed by another contractor many years ago. They have always been professional and courteous. We intend to keep using them from now on.
We have had very good service from several of the A/C Technicians with this company. They are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The servicing of our A/C unit and Furnace has always been done without any issues. They do not pressure you to purchase something unnecessary - they simply advise and leave it up to the customer as to what they choose to have done.
Our A/C stopped cooling last night at 4am. AZ Perfect Comfort allowed me to text their emergency line. Ben showed up first thing in the morning. Ben got our AC system running and recommended proper equipment to prevent future damage. My family is comfortable once again. Thank you!

We are retired and disabled and were without air-conditioning for over 12 hours in 110 degrees and they came to our rescue on the weekend after hours. We are so greatfull for their timely presents and professionalism. Andrew was amazing. Thanks again for your wonderful service.

Tim Stockton did an amazing job. So happy with his ability to explain in detail the issues we are having with both AC units. I appreciate his honesty and ability to put us on a good path to hopefully replace both units that are 19 years old.

AZ Perfect Comfort installed a 3 Ton 14 SEER system for us. They arrived on time with everything they needed and it was clear they knew what they were doing. I asked them questions throughout the process and they took the time to provide answers. They were efficient and safety conscious during the install. After completion of the job, the area where they worked was cleaner than when they started. I called their office a little later with a billing question, which was addressed very quickly. The system is running smoothly, the service was great, I feel confident AZ Perfect Comfort can take care of any issues that may arise, regardless of what it is, and I will recommend them to anyone who needs A/C work. 5 stars just isn't enough.
