We had a mix up on a contract and their approach was to seek the best possible solution for my family. How cool was that?!? Would I recommend this company to anyone. Yes, in a heart beat. AZ Perfect Comfort performed a summer system maintenance check last week. The technical was courteous and a great communicator, giving us a thorough explanation of what he was finding as he checked out our system. He didn't suggest fixing anything that wasn't;t broken! We feel like we are in good hands with AZ Perfect Comfort!

Company is prompt & professional. Techs are very knowledgeable. Tech takes pictures of all the equipment they are inspecting & goes over all of it with customer. Recommendations are made but no pressure to do anything you do not want done. This is my second year of having Az Perfect Comfort service my unit both air & heat. Very happy with company and would highly recommend them.

After squabbling with another hvac company Perfect Comfort bailed me out. They literally showed up in less than an hour which is unheard of in Phoenix.
We love this family owned business! We have a 1946 house in Phoenix and they fixed a long standing issue with our system and it works beautifully. So many other technicians tried to fix it and it never really worked. We are so grateful! And their team is fabulous. Also LGBTQ+ friendly which is super important when bringing someone in to our home to work. Thank you!
Definitely gets your needs corrected and is very informative about what product they use and suggest. Very trustworthy business for your ac needs and repair. We ended up chosing a mini spilt for our workroom!
