It would take 10 pages to express my deep appreciation for the a/c unit installed at my residence on Veterans Day. In 70 yrs I have never had a company show so much compassion and caring for the customer. Ever since my first meeting of az perfect comfort , I have had nothing but pleasurable experiences. From the friendly receptionist to the field crew you cannot go wrong with this co. As for my installation, it was flawless , run like a well rehursed play. Done quickly and perfectly. Clean up excellent. From the first day this co has worked with me to make it possible for me to survive the hottest summer ever , altho being disabled and low income. This is a very easy review for me to write as I have used the pros of AZ Perfect Comfort since they opened in Phoenix. For many years, they have provided exemplary air treatment services, first-class equipment & products and the finest customer service imaginable. The positive culture of the company comes from the commitment of their ownership, their management's stewardship and is readily apparent in their technicians and administrative staff.
I own a general contracting company, one that employs dozens of subcontractors and vendors and while we have the luxury of many good choices, not all deliver as consistently and fairly as does AZ Perfect Comfort. Garrett came to clean the blower wheel. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He showed me how dirty it was and explained the benefits of cleaning it. He took pictures before and after, so I could see the process. Thank you!

Really good parts &service
Our smaller AC unit stopped working yesterday (10/02/2024) after months of strange noises. Called AZ Perfect per a referral from my long time buddy Steve E. and they were - a) extremely courteous on the phone and b) set up an appointment for service for the very next day!
The service tech Kyle D. was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. We appreciated his quick diagnosis and recommendations to get our AC unit back in operation. Thank you Kyle and the great team behind you at AZ Perfect Heating & Cooling for making our day.

Our air conditioner went out, needless to say a miserable night in this Phoenix heat so the next morning I called around for someone to come in right away and help. This company was very professional and worked on getting us someone quickly. Technician Kyle Dunnett came to the rescue. He was at our home within an hour and diagnosed what we needed, which turned out much less costly than expected and was able to fix it right then as well. They also didn't try to convince us of fake problems or upsell charges (which we've had in the past with other companies) We will definitely call them again if we needed. Thanks again Kyle!
