Mike was a very pleasant and knowledgeable service technician that not only resolved an issue we had with a faulty circuit board, but also took the time to explain everything in layman's terminology. From identifying the problem to handling the manufacturers warranty and subsequent installation of a new circuit board, the process was professionally and timely completed in accordance to my challenging schedule. I highly recommend both Mike and Az Perfect Comfort for all of anyone's HVAC service/maintenance needs.
