Kyle was fast and efficient
Kyle was here on time (nice and early). He did a great job. I have been impressed with him from day one..when I bought the unit. Very knowledgeable, friendly and awesome customer service!
A/C went out on Friday night. Saturday morning we called AZ perfect comfort after calling several others who wouldn't call us back. They answered immediately and sent us a repair Tech within an hour. Mike came on time and was very kind and professional and didn't try to up sell us. He found the problem and fixed it immediately. He waited a bit to make sure it was cooling and nothing else was wrong with our unit. We are pleased with the service, will call them again and highly recommend them to anyone. I will request Mike next time.
Their tech Mike was awesome. He's a people person and it was easy to see he knows what he is doing. Good guy, great job, and left me with peace of mind knowing my AC is in good shape, with a suggestion for a part replacement in the near future as good maintenance to avoided any down time of the unit later. Provided a reasonable quote with no pressure to make any on the spot decision. The serive special I took advantage of cost just $49 dollars. What a bargain for the quality and amount of inspection done. Even hosed off the condenser and made sure the condensate line was clear and running freely. Great job Mike...thanks
Kyle showed up on time. He arrived at the early part of the time window we were given. He found a broken part and did a quick repair. He was professional and in and out in a timely manner.
Mike was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly would recommend to anyone that needs help with AC or heating needs.
Our AC went out at 3pm. Same day we had a technician out and the following day Jesse and Kyle showed up before noon to start installing our new system!
They walked us through the thermostat instructions and made the whole stressful experience of losing an AC unit in the summer seamless and simple.
