New HVAC System installed. Techs where very nice. Very careful not to leave doors open so my dog wouldn't get out. They arrived on time and cleaned up after they were done.
We just had our HVAC serviced by Mike and Will. They were super friendly and professional.
This was the annual fulfillment service visit by Mike. Mike gave us a great impression to us on the first visit so our expectation was very high on this service visit. No disappointment at all. He was very through in his work with explanation on what he did with photos, etc. His professionalism assures us that we have the right company to take care of our heating and cooling
system. We are 100% sure to recommend AZ Perfect Comfort Heating & Cooling to anyone.

We have a maintenance plan on our system and as always hey contacted us to schedule the service, sent a reminder text and then once a tech is assigned sent a text with their name, picture and then a text the day of when they are on the way. As always the tech was on time. Kyle has been to our home many times and as always, he was very thorough and my kind of salesman…not pushy. He explains what the benefits of having a service is or adding a part will do, but no scar tactics are used. He's even let us know it's recommended, but could be done later. I've always had good service provided from the office to the techs. We ended up adding a part, don't recall the name, but it will monitor the motor and in this AZ heat, I'm all for protecting and maintaining before something goes wrong as it will at some point.
Excellent service. Definitely recommend. Office was prompt in scheduling work. I really like their text and email alerts for tech arrival. Our tech Kyle did a great job. Pleasant, knowledgeable and got it done efficiently.
I had Ben come out to give me an estimate for my parents house and Ben was the only one that gave me three options and let us choose which A/C units would fit our family . Ben was not trying to sell us anything he just gave us his best deal and he was the only one that was not forcing a sale no lies no making up stories . I appreciated his professionalism and treating us like family. Because Ben was honest with us we chose AZ Perfect Comfort. Honesty is more important to me because then you know there WORD is there contract like in the old days. Ben and his crew Andrew, Kyle and Will did an amazing job not only installing on my parents house but on my house too.
Because Ben kept his word from the beginning of us talking to actually delivering on his promises AZ Perfect Comfort installed a new unit on my house too. Ladies and Gentleman if you want excellent service the way we remember it AZ Comfort has exceeded my expectations and I am very strict because I was in the trade business myself and I saw his Integrity was impeccable! Please give them a call for service and new installation. You will experience honesty at its best!

The technician Mike was very thorough and we were fortunate that he found a gas leak in the heat pump which he repaired.
We first had AZ Complete Comfort come for an emergency fix and stayed with them for a year now. The technician Kyle Dunnett has come to my house twice now to perform my the semi-annual maintenance on my HVAC system. Kyle has been efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding of my families situation.
Everybody I've met and communicated with at AZ Complete Comfort has been a pleasure to interact with.
