I called for a service appointment and was able to get in right away! This was my 2nd time using this service and I was able to get my same technician/Tim. Tim is very thorough when serving my AC. He takes pictures and explains all the parts that he inspects and services. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for their honesty, integrity, and skill.
prompt, professional, did not suggest unnecessary work. we have a difficult AC balancing issue and the technician who came out really seemed to know what he was talking about. Very knowledgeable. AZ Perfect Comfort responding quickly to my call for my AC unit not cooling. The Technician, Tim S., did a great job diagnosing the problem and the needed repairs. I would definitely use them again for Heating and Cooling needs.

After trying to get another company to fix my AC when it wasn't working, AZ Perfect Comfort was able to come out the next day. They gave me the schedule and time frame and stated that I was the second customer for their technician. Tim came out and was upfront about the pricing and after performing the inspection of the system was able to detail everything that needed to be done along with the costs of the required services. They completed this work in a timely manner and were able to help find ways to reduce costs in the end to save even more than was anticipated.
The paperwork included pictures of all of the work that was performed and was very detailed. I also had another company before this one give me an estimate of the work to be performed and AZ Perfect Comfort came in just under what that other company would have cost me.
Great experience using these guys for the first time. My AC quit in the middle of the night. Come morning I found out the old company that had been out a few times since I bought my home in 2008 had gone out of business. I found AZ perfect comfort on Google and they had great reviews. I can see why. From the moment they picked up the phone to the moment the tech left they did a stellar job. They repaired my older unit and did not attempt to pressure me unit a full replacement. I appreciated that. I liked them so much I signed up for a service plan so hopefully I can get a few more years out of my older unit. I will enthusiastically recommend these guys to anyone I know who runs into ac issues
My air conditioner went out on a Friday night. The house was 89 degrees by morning. I called on Saturday morning and they were able to get me in right away. Tim Stockton was terrific…he explained everything he was doing and was very knowledgeable. It was a power surge issue so pretty easy fix. Very good company to work with.
