We have been very happy with AZ Perfect Comfort. We will continue to use them. They are very helpful, answer our questions, and are patient with us. We bought a new AC unit with them and have a maintenance plan with them. They send us reminders when it is time for the next (prepaid) maintenance, which is soooo helpful! Kyle has always done a wonderful job when he comes and performs a service.

Getting service on your ac system when it's 115 isn't easy but this place did a great job. I got the work I requested without getting hidden charges. I'll use again.
Awesome service by Kyle Dunnett. He is so informative about how to keep the system running correctly! It's a brand new unit so we had put a cover on it to protect it, he took it off saying it's bad to do it, it was overheating, who knew? We really enjoy having him come out, oh did I mention he's also very friendly. Thanks for everything!!

We recently requested a visit from AZ Perfect Comfort Heating & Cooling to evaluate the AC in our garage. Our technician Garrett arrived early the next day and we were extremely pleased with his expertise and professionalism. He operates with great integrity and explains things clearly. Knowing how difficult it is to find good HVAC service based on previous experiences, when we discovered AZ Perfect Comfort Heating & Cooling is a family-owned business, we asked Garrett about an annual maintenance agreement. He went over the options and we chose the plans that best suits us. Once this was done, he went up on the roof and checked out our AC. Once completed, he went through his well-documented findings and provided important maintenance feedback moving forward. Garrett is an excellent HVAC professional and should have his picture on the website with the rest of the companies well reviewed team.
