Mike did an awesome job again with our spring cleaning! He is friendly, professional, has great attention to detail, is knowledgeable about our systems, and seems to truly enjoy his job. A win all around when it comes to a service person. Very pleased with today's appointment.
The serviceman Mike was on time, checked the location of all the equipment, and was on his own from then. After checking everything he reviewed his very thorough findings with me - all good. I now have copies of his report on file. Looking forward to smooth operation of my heat-pump over the next year. Ivan
AZ Perfect Comfort Heating & Cooling is absolutely top notch. Positively 5 stars, and if I could, I would give 10 stars to our technician, Ben. Ben was on time, professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable. He did a thorough job of diagnosing our system to correctly identify the problem (which the previous company missed). Ben also was very patient and answered all our questions. He showed us pictures and explained exactly what we need. He gave us a straightforward and fair quote and did not try to sell us anything we didn't need. Ben was just great, we can't speak highly enough about him. I am so glad we called AZ Perfect Comfort Heating & Cooling. We will be using them from now on.

Kyle showed up and saved the day. Our thermostat would not activate our system. He fixed that problem and checked the entire cooling system. He recommended some maintenance items to insure that our system continues to work efficiently. And, of course, most importantly, he liked our dog! Thank you, AZ Perfect Comfort!
