AZ Perfect Comfort has been great to work with. Our previous system was working hard to cool the house and after getting referred to these guys, we have them a chance. I was very pleased with the professionalism, timeliness and overall care they put into delivering us a new unit. I felt they were honest and transparent with pricing and took our concerns into consideration when recommending the specific unit for us.
Since the install of the new unit, our cooling bill dropped by hundreds of dollars. I would highly recommend choosing Az Perfect Comfort for your Ac/heating needs. Family owned and operated and they treat you as such.

Very professional and helpful. Told me my AC unit was really old (manufactured in 1991)and I should try to replace it before this next summer's terrible heat. But no pressure. I appreciated that and the replacement advice which I will follow now that the "new" more environmentally coolant units are being mandated in 2025. Saving pennies, nickels and dimes! :)

I've known John for quite some time and I always told myself that when my contract is up with the other guys, I'm going with AZ Perfect Comfort. Not just because I know John but, because I know John would treat us right and not try to "up-sale" us at any given the chance. Garrett was our technician. He was punctual, knowledgeable and respectful a great guy to work with. Garrett went over some concerns that any 15 year old system would have. Not big concerns but, a couple of things I never would have thought about or was even told about that are causing wear and tear on the motors. Make sense to pay a little now for a fan cleaning than a whole lot later for a whole new fan and motor! I highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort for all your heating and air conditioning needs! Thanks guys for not only saving me money now but, saving me a whole lot of money in the future!
