During the past four years until now, our home has been without A/C and heat HVAC system. It has been especially difficult in the summer heat in Arizona and when the cold comes on winter seasonal late nights.
I contacted Az Perfect Comfort on Friday; the installation of a new A/C with heat unit was installed the following Monday. Much Appreciation.

I was calling around several local companies about 2 months ago just to get some info and AZ perfect comfort was quick to answer and helped me. When my AC stopped working this month I knew they'd be my first call even though I have a home warranty. The tech that came out, ***, went above and beyond and explained everything and was great to work with. I'm thankful I found AZ perfect comfort and will definitely be using them moving forward.

Contacted AZ Perfect Comfort for AC repair. Not only did they answer the phone at 6:30 pm on a Saturday night, but also dispatched Garrett to my home by 8 am Sunday morning. They took the time to thoroughly explain all options and costs before completing the service call. Would highly recommend and definitely use them again in the future.
We just started using this company over the July 4 weekend, when our own company that we were contracted with couldn't get out to help us. AZ Perfect was able to come out in a very reasonable time and get the AC working again in the 118 degree heat. Kyle was just great with our first experience - very knowledgeable and friendly. He made a great impression and I'm so glad we switched over.
Come out the day I contacted them to look at my thermostat to see why it kept shutting off. Fixed our problem quickly .

I just enrolled in AZ Comfort Heating & Cooling's annual Diamond service. I corresponded with one of the owners, Robin, on Friday to schedule a maintenance service. Robin got me on the schedule immediately. Tim, the technician, came out first thing this morning, spending about an hour going over the entire system. Tim communicated to me what the service entailed and afterwards was thorough in explaining what he checked and found.
Tim is such an asset to the company and Robin's followup was much appreciated.

Came home from vacation to no A/C. On the recommendation of a neighbor, we called AZ Perfect Comfort and scheduled an online appointment for Monday. They got back to me right away and said they had a tech available today (Sunday). Garrett Yeager showed up about 2 hours later, diagnosed and repaired the problem and was done in 2.5 hours. He took pictures of each step and explained the problems and remedies and gave other options. Kudos to Garrett and AZ Perfect Comfort for giving new meaning to the concept of Customer Service.
