AZ Perfect Comfort Heating & Cooling is absolutely top notch. Positively 5 stars, and if I could, I would give 10 stars to our technician, Ben. Ben was on time, professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable. He did a thorough job of diagnosing our system to correctly identify the problem (which the previous company missed). Ben also was very patient and answered all our questions. He showed us pictures and explained exactly what we need. He gave us a straightforward and fair quote and did not try to sell us anything we didn't need. Ben was just great, we can't speak highly enough about him. I am so glad we called AZ Perfect Comfort Heating & Cooling. We will be using them from now on.
Mike was on time, personable and very responsive. He replaced filters, completed service and made sure to answer any questions. Would highly recommend Mike and AZ Perfect Comfort for all your heating and cooling.

Kyle showed up and saved the day. Our thermostat would not activate our system. He fixed that problem and checked the entire cooling system. He recommended some maintenance items to insure that our system continues to work efficiently. And, of course, most importantly, he liked our dog! Thank you, AZ Perfect Comfort!
