Mike was a very pleasant and knowledgeable service technician that not only resolved an issue we had with a faulty circuit board, but also took the time to explain everything in layman's terminology. From identifying the problem to handling the manufacturers warranty and subsequent installation of a new circuit board, the process was professionally and timely completed in accordance to my challenging schedule. I highly recommend both Mike and Az Perfect Comfort for all of anyone's HVAC service/maintenance needs.

I've had two different technicians service me now and both have been great. The most recent technician Kyle explained everything in great detail, and was very courteous. I highly recommend supporting this local, veteran owned business!
After several consultations/estimates with other local hvac companies, we chose AZ Perfect Comfort Heating & Cooling to complete the demo/removal of the original hvac system (1970) and upgraded to a Bosch 18 SEER 3.5-5 Ton with a new supply/return flexible duct system AND a free 1 ton ductless mini split system a little over a year ago now. We also had 4 interior exhaust fans installed as part of a full remodel. We applied for their financing option of 12 months deferred payments through Goodleap which we paid off in full last week. We had our first scheduled maintenance as part of our Comfort Club membership as well. From the very first meeting with Andrew and all the subsequent interactions with the many team members (Ben, Kyle, Fred, Mike, Jesse, Robin, Alaina) that came to work on the project and also to the team working the phones and scheduling the appointments to providing an overall comprehensive customer care and after sales service, we have had an excellent and positive experience replacing/adding and upgrading our hvac system. We received impeccable customer care and attention from an outstanding team and feel very satisfied (and relieved, frankly) that any and all future needs well beyond the 10 year warranty will be taken care of by a company that only has our very best interests and comfort in mind. Thank you to everyone that made this a very positive experience and we highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort for all your HVAC needs.
