We are very happy in choosing AZ Perfect Comfort for our new heat pump. Mike was our technician for our scheduled maintenance appointment . He was friendly and explained well. We have a 2 story home and it's not easy to access the unit. He was conscious of the best way onto the roof with the least amount of foot steps on the tile roof.
Kyle was super friendly and very knowledgeable! He answered all my questions. As well as very thorough with checking my HVAC and maintaining it. Overall, Kyle was great and so was the The service he provided to our home unit!
