Wanted to say a few good words regarding Tim...he was terrific. He was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, detailed and meticulous to a fault. He carefully explained everything to me, good and bad, was clear and concise besides doing a great job servicing the unit. Many thanks Tim! I hope you're the tech who comes in the fall.

Great service with commitment to customer satisfaction. I am impressed by how hard this company works and much they want to interact with their customers. We had a mix up on a contract and their approach was to seek the best possible solution for my family. How cool was that?!? Would I recommend this company to anyone. Yes, in a heart beat. AZ Perfect Comfort performed a summer system maintenance check last week. The technical was courteous and a great communicator, giving us a thorough explanation of what he was finding as he checked out our system. He didn't suggest fixing anything that wasn't;t broken! We feel like we are in good hands with AZ Perfect Comfort!

Company is prompt & professional. Techs are very knowledgeable. Tech takes pictures of all the equipment they are inspecting & goes over all of it with customer. Recommendations are made but no pressure to do anything you do not want done. This is my second year of having Az Perfect Comfort service my unit both air & heat. Very happy with company and would highly recommend them.
