My A/C went out last night after business hours, called the office and left message figuring I would have to call back in the morning when office was open - 10 minutes after leaving message, I received a call back from AZ PerfectComfort from a very friendly and helpful dispatcher (sorry, I didn't catch her name) & she got me scheduled for 1st thing in the morning. James, my technician showed up on time and had my system up and running quickly! Very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and punctual! AZ PerfectComfort is now my goto company for any future service/repairs and I will HIGHLY recommend this company to friends and neighbors for thier A/C needs. Thanks again for the quick service and GREAT staff!!!
Veteran owned and operated by Robin and John. Honest and straightforward Business. The technician James was awesome, good attention to details, explained everything well, like what's good and not so good with the system. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company.
Wow! Truly a blessing. I called them today after a horrifying experience with a scam artist HVAC company this morning. I had been without air for 1.5 days. The woman I spoke to initially was so nice and checked how far one of their technicians was from my address. I could not believe when she said he could make his way over TODAY. James showed up within 3 hours and could not have been more helpful. He was on my roof in the sweltering sun for a long time running tests and making sure everything was ok. It ended up being a very small fix but he was so extremely thorough, informative and kind. Thank you James and AZ Perfect Comfort!! Highly recommend.
I was impressed with both Justin and Fredrusso. Both with initial assessment and repair work. Had an older AC unit that had failed and needed replacement.

AZ Perfect Comfort is an incredible company to work with. Professional from start to finish, reliable, and no pressure what so ever. I was educated and ended up getting a checkup and Air Scrubber installed at a great price. I highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort.
Service technician (Raymond) is great. He answers all my questions and always gives me all the time I need to go over everything. He is very professional and honest. I request him to service my AC unit every time.
We recently had both of our 20+ year old A/C units replaced by AZ Perfect Comfort and are very satisfied with the install.
Fred and his team worked really hard to make sure we were getting the right equipment that both met our comfort needs and was the right setup for our home. He even took care of a leak in our old system while he was out to give us a quote which we were very impressed by.
Robin, you have a heart of gold! I still can't believe you gifted me with a new AC unit. I don't know what I did to deserve to receive such generous gift. You are truly an Angel! I really thought I will go through another AZ summer heat with broken AC. You never hesitated to offer my help when you found out I have issues with my AC. I initially had the wrong service performed, but that may have been a miscommunication between me and the business. Once I brought it to their attention, they were quick to remediate and help fix the misunderstanding. It's great to see a company stand behind their work and make sure they have a happy customer in the end. I was so pleased with them that I let them work on both my rental home and my personal home!
