Excellent service
We have used this A/C Contractor for 1 year. If we had any questions about an issue, the company always answered any concerns we had. They do not pressure you to purchase anything unnecessary, but simply advise what needs to be done and then they leave it up to us make our own decisions. In one case, the owner was involved in assisting us with getting information about our A/C unit warranty with the manufacturer even though the unit was installed by another contractor many years ago. They have always been professional and courteous. We intend to keep using them from now on.
We have had very good service from several of the A/C Technicians with this company. They are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The servicing of our A/C unit and Furnace has always been done without any issues. They do not pressure you to purchase something unnecessary - they simply advise and leave it up to the customer as to what they choose to have done.
Our A/C stopped cooling last night at 4am. AZ Perfect Comfort allowed me to text their emergency line. Ben showed up first thing in the morning. Ben got our AC system running and recommended proper equipment to prevent future damage. My family is comfortable once again. Thank you!
