Great experience using these guys for the first time. My AC quit in the middle of the night. Come morning I found out the old company that had been out a few times since I bought my home in 2008 had gone out of business. I found AZ perfect comfort on Google and they had great reviews. I can see why. From the moment they picked up the phone to the moment the tech left they did a stellar job. They repaired my older unit and did not attempt to pressure me unit a full replacement. I appreciated that. I liked them so much I signed up for a service plan so hopefully I can get a few more years out of my older unit. I will enthusiastically recommend these guys to anyone I know who runs into ac issues
My air conditioner went out on a Friday night. The house was 89 degrees by morning. I called on Saturday morning and they were able to get me in right away. Tim Stockton was terrific…he explained everything he was doing and was very knowledgeable. It was a power surge issue so pretty easy fix. Very good company to work with.

The Service Technician Advisor presented the HVAC brand options with clarity of provisions with estimates. I highly recommend Az Perfect Comfort from the office staff to Advisors and specialized experienced technicians show integrity and dedication in providing a service of excellence.
During the past four years until now, our home has been without A/C and heat HVAC system. It has been especially difficult in the summer heat in Arizona and when the cold comes on winter seasonal late nights.
I contacted Az Perfect Comfort on Friday; the installation of a new A/C with heat unit was installed the following Monday. Much Appreciation.

I was calling around several local companies about 2 months ago just to get some info and AZ perfect comfort was quick to answer and helped me. When my AC stopped working this month I knew they'd be my first call even though I have a home warranty. The tech that came out, ***, went above and beyond and explained everything and was great to work with. I'm thankful I found AZ perfect comfort and will definitely be using them moving forward.

Contacted AZ Perfect Comfort for AC repair. Not only did they answer the phone at 6:30 pm on a Saturday night, but also dispatched Garrett to my home by 8 am Sunday morning. They took the time to thoroughly explain all options and costs before completing the service call. Would highly recommend and definitely use them again in the future.
We just started using this company over the July 4 weekend, when our own company that we were contracted with couldn't get out to help us. AZ Perfect was able to come out in a very reasonable time and get the AC working again in the 118 degree heat. Kyle was just great with our first experience - very knowledgeable and friendly. He made a great impression and I'm so glad we switched over.
Come out the day I contacted them to look at my thermostat to see why it kept shutting off. Fixed our problem quickly .
