So my air handler was making an awful racket for the past week or so. I knew this meant I'd need the Dreaded Air Conditioning Replacement but I wasn't sure who I could trust. Am SO glad I went with TemperaturePro!. The technician on site was courteous and respectful to my family; he explained (in plain English) what was wrong and what was needed. When the time came to make a decision re: which system to install, Robin spent an hour with us walking through the options and the pros/cons of each. It was clear she was looking for the best system for us for the money...and indeed, she recommended that we NOT choose the most expensive option as it didn't make sense for our needs. Their installation crew was amazing -- meticulous, quick, and clean. The work was done in a day, and Robin followed up a few days later to ensure the everything was okay. Truly, truly can't say enough good things about these guys; they've earned my business for life!
Julio and Terry were awesome. Any and all questions I had they were more than happy to answer and then some. It was a total learning experience in knowing how the units work and what does what. I highly recommend them to anyone!
Great customer service. The tech knew what was wrong and got us up and running quick. We were only melting for a short period of time. I'm very happy with the the service we received this year.
Our AC went out in the middle of the night last week and Temp Pro had someone out at 7:30 am and fixed it right away. The tech, Julio, was very friendly and professional. The price was great and he explained what was wrong in a lot of detail, you could tell he was very knowledgeable in his trade. Thankful they came so quickly, we have a 2 year old and it would have been a very miserable day/weekend if they didn't come so quickly.

Highly recommend TemperaturePro. Very customer-centric, professional & knowledgeable techs. They inspected my 20 year old A/C's, found them in good condition and did not try to upsell me anything I did not need.
Temperature Pro was able to come out on just 24 hour notice. The technician was very nice and professional. After just buying our first home, my fiance and I noticed that we had terrible airflow going to our master bedroom. We thought that we had a major issue that would cost a lot of money. The technician (forgot his name) found a piece of card board or foam that was blocking our vent. It was probably used to help airflow but became detached. We received pictures of the piece and airflow is back to normal. If you are looking for an honest company, that responds quickly, I would choose temperature pro all day!
I was so happy with my experience with TemperaturePro North & West Valley. They had great follow through in making my appointment, showed up on time and were honest about the work my A/C unit needed. I would highly recommend them!
Temperature Pro helped me out when I was in need of some load calculations for an HVAC unit that was installed by another company. These calculations were required by the city to pass inspection yet my installer didn't have the program to give me this information. I contacted Temperature Pro and they came out the next day, did the calculations and had them to me in less than 24 hours so I could have them for our inspection. Their customer service and professionalism is top notch. I will be using them for all my future HVAC needs.
Great experience with TemperaturePro. They arranged a time to come by that worked with our schedule, and confirmed the arrival time earlier in the day. Showed up on time, took pictures of the issue and explained what had happened, fixed the issue so it wouldn't happen again, and made an effort to leave the area very clean, as well. Very professional.
