HIGHLY RECOMMEND, should have a 6th star!
I found AZ Perfect Comfort while looking for a second opinion after another company, whom I had a membership with for a year but never needed till now, quoted me an absolutely criminal price on an HVAC blower motor.
Mike did my diag and repairs and couldn't have been more professional and accommodating. He even let me bug him to learn some HVAC basics since I'm a first time homeowner.
Celeste in the office was equally professional and accommodating. She was very patient with me asking a lot of questions about the replacement part, warranty, membership, etc. When I mentioned I need the unit fixed asap because it's been out for a week and I leave town soon, she made the quick turn around happen.
I spent 1/3 of the price of my original highway robbery quote, cancelled my other membership in favor of theirs, and they will be coming back in a month for a no charge check-up on the work and unit.
At the end of the day, these are honest people who give you fair prices, good and quick service, and don't try to pressure sell you.

We recently moved our business into an industrial property and the AC was not working. AZ Perfect Comfort had a technician out at the property on a Saturday within 2 hours of contacting them. The problem was diagnosed promptly and fixed efficiently and without gouging us in price. We will be utilizing AZ Perfect Comfort to maintain and repair this system moving forward without hesitation.

Our tech Kyle was INCREDIBLE. As a new mom I panicked when our AC went out on an incredibly hot day. I called and their coordinator (Steph) and she sent him out within the hour. We now have a tuned up unit and I couldn't be happier! So happy to have their membership for more peace of mind now too.

Had an excellent exp with Garrett. He walked me through everything wrong AND fixed things I didn't know were wrong.
For one unit, he found out I had a bad
circuit breaker and the other a blown fuse. No asking if I wanted to replace my older unit, just very, very honest people.
In 2020, this co installed a 5 ton variable speed. They were great then and great now.
Mike did such a thorough job checking everything taking pictures for me and answering all my questions!
Prompt service in 115 degrees! Mike was professional and quick. Had our problem fixed and cool again in no time!
